A small emu egg from Island Emu Tasmania has a minimum length of 130mm and a maximum length of 140mm. Emu egg thirds are marked, faded or imperfect in some way and may have one or more small toe holes but are still structurally sound. These eggs are still ideal for Faberge and filigree work or decoupage.
